摘　　要：作为新的书目数据格式,BIBFRAME具有三大创新之处:面向语义网,以关联数据为基础;采用FRBR的"实体-关系"模型和RDF模型;适用范围广。BIBFRAME给图书馆带来了观念上和具体业务流程上(采购、编目和检索)的巨大变革。编目员需转变观念,参加培训,积极应对BIBFRAME。As a new kind of bibliographic data format, BIBFRAME has three innovations： Semantic Web oriented, and based on related data, using entity-relation model of FRBR and RDA model, and broad applicability. BIBFRAME brings an enormous transformation on both conceptions and concret work of libraries, including purchasing, cataloging and retrieving. The cataloguer should change their ideas, attend training to face BIBFRAME actively.
