摘 要:针对螺线管式传统电磁阀执行机构线圈发热严重的问题,提出了一种全新的双稳态含永磁电磁机构。通过永磁回路保持稳定状态,采用向线圈加载正反向脉冲实现状态间的切换。建立三维有限元静态仿真模型,对电磁机构的永磁高度、永磁与衔铁间距进行参数优化设计。样机试验与测试结果表明,所提的电磁机构及其三维有限元静态仿真分析设计方法是有效、实用的。The conventional electromagnetic valve actuator employs solenoid structure and its coil produces a great quantity of heat. In order to achieve large output force, save energy and reduce the heating of coil, this paper presented a novel design of bi-stable linear actuator with permanent magnets ( PM), in which the steady states can be hold by permanent magnets circuit and the state conversion is realized by energizing the coil with positive or reverse direction pulse. 3D finite element analysis(FEA) model was established. PM height and air-gap space between PM and armature were optimized based on the actuator's FEA model. The experimental and the simulation results of the prototype prove that the actuator and the 3D FEA method are effective and practicable.
