摘 要:随着交流接触器在低压配电系统中的广泛应用,其能耗问题日益突出。应用直流节能技术,可以有效降低能耗、减少噪声、避免线圈绝缘层的过热损坏。然而在实际技术应用中,却不可避免地需要使用切换开关。设计一种以继电器作为切换开关的交/直流切换电路。该电路通过引进单片机作为控制系统,实现对继电器的智能通断。经试验检测,该方法大大减小了继电器在大功率下触头的磨损,具有可以提高其使用寿命的效果。With the wide application of AC contaetor in low voltage distribution system,the problem of energy consumption is becoming more and more prominent. The application of DC energy saving technology can reduce the energy consumption and the noise, avoid the overheating damage of the insulation layer of coil. But in practical application,it inevitably needs to use all kinds of switches to meet the various demands. This paper presented an AC/DC switching circuit designed by a relay as the switch. The design adopts single chip microeomputer to control the relay on or off by intelligent way. The experiment proves that, by this method, the wear of relay contacts can be dramatically reduced and its life will be greatly prolonged.
