摘　　要：对虾对营养元素的需求与对虾的种类、发育阶段、营养源、环境因子等诸多因素有关,同时各营养元素之间也存在着交互作用。概述了近年国内外学者在对虾幼体营养需求方面的研究进展:包括对虾幼体不同发育阶段对蛋白质的需求量、幼体对不同蛋白源的利用率;对虾幼体氨基酸组成及最适添加量;对虾幼体必需脂肪酸组成及最适添加量,饵料对脂肪酸组成的影响;对虾幼体对磷脂、固醇的需求量;对虾幼体对维生素的需求量;对虾幼体饵料中矿物元素最适配比及添加量等。Nutritional requirement of shrimp is related with species,developmental stage,nutrition sources,and environmental factors and so on,at the same time there are also interactions among each of them. Based on both home and abroad research progresses of nutritional requirement of shrimp larva,this article summarized the demand for protein in different development stage and the utilization of different protein sources of shrimp larva;amino acids composition and the optimum adding amount in diet of shrimp larva;essential fatty acids composition and the optimum adding amount in diet and the influence of bait for fatty acid composition in shrimp larva;the demand for phospholipids,cholesterol and vitamins of shrimp larva;demand and the optimum proportion of mineral element of shrimp larva.
