摘 要:建立了一种准确、高效率、高通量测量水稻粒型的新方法——图像分析测量法。利用扫描仪批量获取稻谷籽粒样品的数码图像,借助图像裁剪工具进行图像分割处理和Smart Grain软件进行图像分析获得粒型相关的指标数据,可简易快速测量大批量不同样品的籽粒粒长、粒宽、截面积和圆度等多个性状指标。对相同样品用手工刻度尺测量和Smart Grain软件测量所得的数据进行显著性检验,结果表明,在本试验中两种测量方法测定结果差异不显著,相关系数接近1,达到极强相关。新建立的水稻粒型测量方法,在水稻重组自交系群体多个粒型性状指标的高通量测量中得到应用,测量效率得到提高。In this study,a new method with accurate,efficient,high-throughput measurement of rice grain shape was established based on image analysis. Digital images of rice grain samples were fetched batching using scanner,segmented preprocessing with image cropping tool and analyzed by Smart Grain software to get grain shaperelated metrics. Using this method,we could measure a large number of different samples of grain length,width,area and roundness and other traits simply and rapidly. The same samples were measured by manual scale measurement method and Smart Grain software,and their results were used to do significance test. The results showed that no significant difference of measurement result in the two kinds of measurement methods,with correlation coefficient value nearly equaling to 1,meaning very strong correlation. The new measurement method for rice grain shape was applied to a recombinant inbred line population in high-throughput determination of multiple grain shape traits,to improve efficiency of measurement.
