摘 要:开沟器是甘蔗健康种苗半自动种植机的关键部件之一。通过对现有开沟器结构和工作原理进行对比,分析了存在的主要问题,创新设计了一种种肥隔离式开沟器,蔗种与肥料相互分离,适应宽深沟种植需要,对其主要结构参数进行了理论分析,确定各最佳结构参数分别为入土角α=37°、前部张角ν=40°、侧挡土板外倾角λ=10°、幅宽l=40cm。通过ANSYS Workbench仿真分析可知其前部尖端变形量最大,但变形量相对较小,变形不明显,其影响可以忽略,试验效果达到设计要求,为后续进一步优化设计甘蔗健康种苗半自动种植机提供理论依据和基础条件。Furrow opener is one of the key components of semi-automatic planter for healthy sugarcane seeds. By comparing different structures and operating principles of the opener and analyzing the main problems existed,a seed-fertilizer isolated opener was designed which could separate seeds and fertilizer and meet the needs of wide and deep ditches planting. Theoretical analysis was made on the opener’s main structure parameters and finally optimal ones(penetration angle α = 37°,anterior field angle ν = 40°,camber angle of side soil-retaining plate λ = 10°,width l = 40cm)were determined. The ANSYS Workbench simulated analysis showed that the maximum deformation lies in the front edge,but the deformation was small and unobvious and its influence could be ignored. The test results met the design requirements. The study provides a theoretical basis and fundamental conditions for further optimum design of semi-automatic planter for healthy sugarcane seeds.
