摘　　要：展现科技期刊出版时滞的现状,并分析主要影响因素,建立科技期刊出版时滞的调控和预测方法。为处于理论研究阶段的编辑和学者们提供一种全新的量化思维。有助于科技期刊编辑部实现出版时滞的自我评定,为作者投稿提供必要的参考。The paper shows the present situation of science and technology journal publication delay, analyzes the main influencing factors and establishes the method of regulating and forecasting publication delay of science and technology journals to provide a new quantitative thinking to editors and scholars who are devoted to the theoretical research, help editorial department of science and tech- nology journals realize self-assessment on publication delay, and provide a necessary reference to the authors who contribute articles.
