摘  要:风电并网会给电力系统带来一系列不利影响,其根本原因为风速具有间歇性和波动性,从而使得风机的功率输出具有较大的随机性。除了利用储能系统、"风火打捆"等方法外,合理利用广域风能时空互补性也是平滑风电功率波动的可能解决方案之一。本文综述了国内外研究广域风能时空互补性的现状,并对合理利用广域风能时空互补性可能对电网产生的积极影响进行了分析。此外,本文以我国的电网和风能发展情况为例,分析了其利用广域风能时空性的潜力及可能路径。Since wind speed is highly intermittent and fluctuant,the electrical output from wind farms is stochastic.Therefore,integration of large-scale wind power may bring negative impacts on power system stability,control and operation. Besides using energy storage system and building hybrid thermal-wind system,there exists another feasible way,namely,using the complementarities of geographically dispersed wind generations to smooth wind power fluctuations. The paper overviews the studies on the complementarities of dispersed wind resources and analyzes their potential impacts on power system stability,design,control and operation. Furthermore,based on the wind power development and the existing power grid in China,this paper analyzes the potential to make use of the complementarities of geographically dispersed wind generations. Finally,a map of making use of the complementaritiesof wind resources in China is presented.
