摘　　要：通过梳理和总结国外众筹研究,阐述了众筹的概念和内涵、众筹模式的分类、众筹的参与主体等,归纳和总结了众筹投资者的动机和众筹成功的影响因素,概述了众筹的适用性和效应。最后,总结了当前研究的不足,并基于国内众筹行业的发展现状,阐述了众筹研究的未来方向。Through reviewing the foreign literature on crowdfunding,this paper explains the definition and connotation of crowdfunding,presents the participants in the process of crowdfunding and classifies different models of crowdfunding,summarizes the motivation of investors and the influencing factors of successful crowdfunding,and elaborates the applicability and the effect of crowdfunding.Finally,it concludes the shortcomings of current research and points out the future research prospects.
