摘 要:应用逐步回归的分析方法研究了低合金钢Q345B化学成分及轧制规格与力学性能的关系,建立了屈服强度和抗拉强度的回归方程,并对回归方程进行了显著性检验。回归结果表明:屈服强度和抗拉强度都随轧制规格增加而减小,随碳、硅、磷含量的增加而增加;轧制规格对屈服强度的影响比对抗拉强度影响大。根据回归方程对钢板的力学性能进行了预测,并用生产数据对回归方程及预测结果进行了验证。Based on stepwise regression analysis,this paper researched the relationship between chemical component and rolling specification and mechanical properties of Q345 B,the regression equation of mechanical properties were established,significant test of the regression equation was being conducted. The regression results showed that yield strength and tensile strength decreased with the increase of the thickness of the steel plate,and increased with the increase of the content of carbon,silicon and phosphorus; specifications of rolling influence on yield strength was greater than impact tensile strength. According to the regression equation,the mechanical properties of the steel plate were forecasted,with the production data,the regression equation and the prediction results were verified.
