摘　　要：针对大型烧结机机尾导料箱生产中存在耐磨块因磨损频繁更换,设备故障多,寿命短等问题,结合生产实际进行技术改造,延长使用寿命12个月以上,为生产顺行奠定了基础,并取得了很好的效益。For the problems of feed box on large sintering machine existed in the production such as frequent replacement of wear resistant block,equipment failure high,service life short and so on,reconstruction is carried out based on the production practice. After reconstruction,the service life is prolonged to more than 12 months,thus it has laid the foundation for the smooth production,and has achieved good results.
