摘 要:为研究弹药发射后坐力与发射角度对车载武器振动的影响程度,提高射击精度和射击稳定性,基于振动力学理论,以武警无人战车为例,建立了车体系统的四自由度模型,分析了车载武器的振动摸态,推导了系统对后坐力冲击的振动响应函数,对比了不同发射角度的系统振动响应。计算结果表明:发射角度对车载武器振动影响显著,车体垂直振动对角度改变最敏感,最大位移(30°发射角)是最小位移(45°发射角)的2.17倍。解析结果可作为车载防暴发射器的运用和总体结构设计的量化依据。In order to study the impact of recoil and launching angle after the launch of ammunition on the vibration of vehicle-mounted vibration and to improve the firing accuracy and stability,a four-degree-of-freedom model of the vehicle body system is established with unmanned armed police vehicle as an example based on the theory of mechanics of vibration,the vibration modality of the vehicle-mounted weapon is analyzed,the vibration response function of impact of recoil is deduced,and the system vibration response of different launching angles is compared.According to the result,launching angles have significant impact on the vibration of vehicle-mounted weapon,and vertical vibration is the most sensitive to the alteration of angle. The maximum displacement( 30° launching angle)is about 2. 17 times of the minimum displacement( 45° launching angle). The analysis result can be the basis of the application of vehicle-mounted riot launcher and quantization of the overall structural design.
