摘 要:为研究高强混凝土的立方体抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度的尺寸效应,试验设计三种高强混凝土(60 MPa,80 MPa,100MPa),分别选取边长为100 mm、150 mm、200 mm三种立方体混凝土试块进行抗压试验和劈裂抗拉试验。结果表明,混凝土强度越高,其脆性越大,混凝土的尺寸效应越明显。高强混凝土的强度随着立方体试件尺寸的增大而降低;但降低的幅度随试件尺寸的增大而显著减小,即尺寸效应曲线趋于平缓。基于本试验文章给出了尺寸效应的换算系数。C1、C2、C3三种高强混凝土的立方体抗压强度尺寸效应换算系数λ100为0.84-0.88,λ200为1.11-1,14;劈裂抗拉强度尺寸效应换算系数λ100为0.83-0.86,λ200为1.06-1.15。In order to study the dimensional effect of cubic compressive strength and tensile splitting strength of high strength concrete,three kinds of high strength concrete( 60 MPa,80 MPa,100 MPa) were designed in the experiment,and the compressive and splitting tensile experiments with cubic concrete specimens about 100 mm,150 mm and 200 mm on a side were carried out. Result showed that the higher the concrete strength,the greater the brittleness of concrete,and the more obvious the dimensional effect of concrete; the strength of high strength concrete decreased as the dimension of cubic specimens increased,but the degree of reduction obviously went down with increase of the dimension of specimens,that is to say,the dimensional effect curves became smooth and slow.Based on the experiment,the conversion coefficients of the dimensional effect is proposed. As for the three high strength concrete C1、C2 and C3,the conversion coefficients of the dimensional effect of cubic compressive strengthλ100is 0. 84 ~ 0. 88,and λ200is 1. 11 ~ 1,14; the conversion coefficients of the dimensional effect of tensile splitting strength λ100is 0. 83 ~ 0. 86,and λ200is 1. 06 ~ 1. 15.
