摘　　要：社区服务设施的规划建设还缺乏相应的建设机制保障。规划设施与实施设施在空间上的错位,反映出规划编制与实施存在严重的脱节。以控制的符号方式规划的社区服务设施是否能满足市民对社区服务设施的需求?规划编制是否有改进的空间?该文通过对各地的经验分析,提出了若干具体建议,对改进社区服务设施规划编制及管理具有现实的参考价值。There is no related construction mechanism for the planning and construction of community service facility. The spatial dislocation of planning facility and implementation facility mirrors the severe loss of planning compilation and implementation. Can the community service facility planned with controlled symbol method meet the civil requirements for community service facility？ Is there any improvement space for planning compilation？ Based on the experience analysis, some suggestions are listed for reference.
