摘　　要：基于SR3020型减压自动煮茧机的设计制造,文章侧重介绍其自动控制系统的设计、硬件组成、软件实现等内容。该控制系统由人机界面、PLC控制器、执行机构及监测装置组成,具有自动、手动运行及应急处理功能,能自动完成真空渗透、减压吐水、减压双向蒸煮、煮熟调整、保护出茧的"五步"工艺。应用表明:自动控制系统使煮茧操作简单明了,煮茧效果稳定可靠。Based on design and manufacture of SR3020 automatic pressure relief cocoon cooking machine,this paper focuses on the design,hardware composition and software implementation of this automatic control system. This control system consists of human-computer interface,PLC,actuating mechanism and monitoring devices. It has different functions such as automatic operation,manual operation and emergency processing. It can automatically complete ＂five-step＂process including vacuum infiltration,reduced pressure and water guttation,reduced pressure bidirectional cooking,cooking adjustment and cocoon protection. Its application indicates the automatic control system facilitates the operation of cocoon cooking and achieves stable and reliable effects.
