摘　　要：介绍了转炉炉壳锥段更换的方法和步骤，解决了炉壳更换施工难度大、工期长、费用高等问题，达到了降本增效的目的。Introduce the replacing method and step of the cone section of converter shell. Some problems are solved such as difficult construction, long construction period and high cost. The purpose of cost reducing and profits increasing are attainted.
