集束化护理在早产儿呼吸暂停中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理在早产儿呼吸暂停中的临床应用效果。方法将我院2012年9月—2013年8月收治的发生呼吸暂停的30例早产儿作为对照组,按常规护理;2013年9月—2014年8月收治的发生呼吸暂停的36例早产儿作为观察组,实施集束化护理方案。均监测至生后1周,比较呼吸暂停发生次数、每次持续时间、心率、血氧饱和度情况。结果观察组早产儿呼吸暂停发生次数、每次持续时间、心率、血氧饱和度与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理能有效减少早产儿呼吸暂停的发生、稳定心率、改善血氧饱和度,值得临床推广。ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of bundle care to premature infants with apnea.MethodsThe 30 cases of preterm infants with apnea between September 2012 to August 2013 treated as a control group by routine care, 36 cases of apnea in preterm infants admitted as observer group,Monitoring apnea occurrence,duration,heart rate,blood oxygen saturation in a week after birth.Resultsthe rate of apnea,continue time,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation was considered statistically significant between two groups.ConclusionThe bundle care approach can be used to induce rate of apnea,stabilize the heart rate,and improve the blood oxygen saturation in premature infants with apnea.
