摘 要:目的掌握饮水型地方性砷中毒病情变化和防治现状,为制订防治策略提供依据。方法按照国家《饮水型地方性砷中毒监测方案》和《2014年山西省饮水型地方性砷中毒监测方案》的要求,在全省选择5个病区县、14个病区村作为监测点,调查监测村的改水及改水工程运行情况、测定水砷含量,同时对监测村常住人口砷中毒病情进行调查,并测定尿砷含量。水砷、尿砷含量测定采用氢化物原子荧光光度法(GB/T5750.6-2006),砷中毒诊断采用《地方性砷中毒诊断标准》(WS/T211-2001)。结果 14个监测村已全部改水,改水率100%,14个村监测了11个改水工程,全部正常运行,且水砷含量全部合格。砷中毒检出率为1.61%(123/7 621),以轻度患者为主;尿砷含量共测定419人,尿砷浓度范围为0.000 1~0.444 mg/L,几何均值为0.009 9 mg/L。结论山西省饮水型地方性砷中毒病情已得到有效控制,病情监测、健康教育工作应是今后防治地方性砷中毒的关键。ObjectiveTo investigate the current situation of Drinking-water-borne endemic arsenism in Shanx Privince,and to provide a basis for development of control straegies.MethodsIn accordance with the requirements of the national "Surveillance Scheme of Drinking-Water-Borne Endemic Arsenism"and "Shanxi Provincial Surveillance Scheme of Drinking-Water-Borne Endemic Arsenism",5 epidemic counties were chosen.Fourteen villages were chosen as monitoring villages.Investgate the water situation of the monitoring villages,arsenism content in drinking water and urinary was determined;The disease conditions of residents in the monitor villages were investigated.Arsenism content in drinking water and urinary was determined by Hydride atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry(GB/T5750.6-2006), Arsenic poisoning diagnosis by "Endemic Arsenism Diagnostic Criteria"(WS/T211-2001).Results14 monitoring villages were all changed water,improvement of water rate is 100%,All normal operation,All qualified water arsenic content.Arsenic poisoning prevalence rate was 1.61%(123/7621),Most of them were mild patients;Urine arsenic determination of 419 people,Urine arsenic concentration range 0.0001-0.444mg/L,The geometric mean for 0.0099mg/L. ConclusionsEndemic arsenic poisoning disease in Shanxi Province has been brought under effective control,To develop the disease surveillance、health education are key measure in control of endemic arsenics in the fulture.
