摘　　要：目的探讨常频通气叠加高频通气治疗新生儿重症呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法对收住我院新生儿科使用常频通气或高频通气无效的4例重症呼吸衰竭新生儿,改用常频通气叠加高频通气治疗。结果 4例重症呼吸衰竭新生儿改用常频通气叠加高频通气治疗后血气p H、Pa O2、Pa CO2、Sa O2、氧合指数(OI)均较前改善。4例中3例治愈,1例自动出院,血气指标改善,血氧饱和度达正常。结论常频通气叠加高频通气治疗新生儿重症呼吸衰竭有效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of conventional ventilation combined with high frequency oscillatory ventilation in treatment of neonatal serious respiratory failure.Methods Four cases of newborn serious respiratory failure Patients,failed only with conventional ventilation or high frequency oscillatory ventilation in our department were added with conventional ventilation combined with high frequency oscillatory ventilation.Results The difference in indices of p H、Pa O2、Pa CO2、Sat O2 and OI in four patients before and after treatment was significant. Pa O2、Sat O2 was significantly increased and Pa CO2、OI was significantly decreased in four patients after treatment with conventional ventilation combined with high frequency oscillatory ventilation.3 cases were cured and another was given up treatment.Conclusion The treatment of conventional ventilation combined with high frequency ventilation in neonatal patients with serious respiratory failure is effective.
