健康教育在种植牙患者全程护理管理模式中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨种植牙患者全程护理工作中开展口腔健康教育的方式及临床效果。方法将2012年7月～2013年12月我院口腔种植中心100例人工种植义齿患者作为研究对象，按患者门诊号尾号随机分成牙种植全程护理管理组（观察组，尾号单号）及常规护理组（对照组，尾号双号），每组各50例。两组均接受同一医疗团队诊断、治疗和护理，对照组配合简单常规护理，观察组予以全程护理配合口腔健康教育。结果观察组患者治疗后随访统计结果显示本组治疗成功49例（98．0％），且患者治疗期间血压、心率均相对稳定；对照组治疗成功42例（84．0％），3例患者因情绪紧张和配合度不够而导致血压、心率上升，干预后恢复正常。观察组治疗成功率高于对照组（P〈0．05）。预后效果：观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组依从率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。手术前，两组患者的血压、心率差异无统计意义（P〉0．05），植牙过程中，两组患者的血压和心率均有升高，与对照组相比，观察组升高较大，组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。术后两组患者的血压和心率有所下降。与对照组相比，观察组的血压，心率较低（P〈0．05）。结论种植牙治疗全程护理配合人性化口腔教育可提升患者的配合度及临床体验、提升治疗成功率，临床意义重大。Objective To study the application of health education in nursing management mode in patients underwent dental implant. Methods From July 2012 to December 2013, 100 cases patients underwent dental implant in our hos- pital were enrolled into our study and divided into two groups according to tail number： 50 cases in observation group and 50 cases in the control group. The observation group accepted health education during routine nursing; the control group accepted routine nursing. Results After treatment, 49 cases （98.0%） were treated successfully in the observation group, with relatively stable blood pressure and heart rate. 42 cases （84.0%） were treated successfully in the control group, with 3 patients＇emotional tension for higher blood pressure and heart rate. 3 patients returned to normal after extra nursing intervention. Compared with the control group, the cases get treated had increased, the cases had side ef- fect had decreased, the cases with good compliance had increased in the observation group （P〈0.05）. Before dental im- plant, blood pressure and heart rate in two groups had no significant differences. During dental implant, blood pressure and heart rate had increased, but increased more in the control group（P〈0.05）. After dental implant, blood pressure and heart rate in two groups had decreased. Compared with the control, blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group had decreased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dental implant treatment with health education during nursing can improve patient compliance, improve treatment.
