社区和医院两级联动防治骨质疏松症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨社区和医院两级联动防治骨质疏松症的效果。方法选择苏州大学附属第一医院附近的苏州市姑苏区双塔街道社区卫生服务中心作为研究场地,利用计算机系统对该社区共计200名居民建立个体健康档案,采用国际骨质疏松1 min测试法以及骨折风险评估计算法等对社区的居民进行骨质疏松症筛查。通过对居民个体健康状况、心理特征、生活习惯、家庭、社会环境等多方面的评估,协助准确找出各自的疾病发病危险因素,在干预6个月后,组织进行现场问卷调查填写。对个体和群体的疾病危险因素的干预结果进行评估及分析。结果在接受健康干预后不良生活习惯居民下降33.2%,对疾病重视的人数上升了44.6%,骨质疏松症知识知晓率上升33.2%,骨质疏松症疾病复发就诊122例,比之前上升13.9%。结论社区和医院两级联动能提高居民对骨质疏松症的认识,从而有效干预骨质疏松症。Objective To investigate the effect of community and hospital two linkage of prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Methods Shuangta Community Health Service Center of Gusu District in Suzhou City near the First Af- filiated Hospital of Soochow University was selected as the research site. Computer system was used to establish the health files of 200 residents from the community. The international osteoporosis 1 minute test method and fracture risk assessment method were used for osteoporosis screening in community residents. Through the evaluation of the individ- ual health status, psychological characteristics, living habits, family, social environment and other aspects, to find out the exact pathogenesis of respective risk factors, 6 months after the intervention, the residents were organized to fill in the questionnaire survey. The intervention results of risk factors for individual and group were evaluated and analyzed. Results After health intervention, residents with unhealthy living habit decreased by 33.2%, importance for the disease increased by 44.6%; the awareness rate of osteoporosis increased by 33.2%. 122 cases with recurrence of osteoporosis were treated, increased by 13.9% than before. Conclusion Community and hospital two linkage can improve the resi- dents＂ awareness of osteoporosis, in order to effectively intervene osteoporosis.
