摘 要:为客观准确地评估工艺失效模式的风险,提出了基于模糊理论和最大熵原理的评估方法。该方法从评估区间、模糊因子和置信度三个维度表征专家对严酷度S、发生概率O和可探测度D三个风险因子的评估意见;根据模糊理论和最大熵原理分别确定评估区间内部与外部的数据分布,采用广义豪斯多夫距离计算各专家评估意见之间的相似度,由此得到各专家的权重,进而求得各风险因子的综合评估值及区间形式的风险顺序数;最后用逼近理想解排序方法对区间形式的风险优先数进行了排序。最后将该方向应用于某型飞机方向舵舵机安装工艺的失效模式及影响分析,验证了所提方法的有效性。To objectively and accurately evaluate the risk of process failure mode, an evaluation method was proposed based on fuzzy theory and maximum entropy principle. The experts' opinions on three factors which were Severity (S), Occurrence (O) and Detection (D) of the failure were characterized by estimating interval, fuzzy factor and confidence coefficient. Meanwhile, the inside and outside data distribution of estimating interval was determined by fuzzy theory and maximum entropy principle respectively. The generalized Hausdorff distance was adopted to com- pute the similarity between any two opinions with which the objective weights of experts and the integrative values of risk factors could be achieved. The interval risk priority numbers were sorted based on Technique for Order Pref- erence by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) of the air- craft rudder actuator installation were presented to verify the effectiveness of proposed method.
