经尿道电切术治疗高危高龄良性前列腺增生症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道电切术治疗高危高龄良性前列腺增生症的效果。方法选取2010年10月~2014年10月本院收治的120例高危高龄良性前列腺增生症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用开放手术,观察组采用经尿道电切手术。比较两组的总有效率、手术时间、术中出血量及并发症发生率。结果观察组的总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的手术时间显著短于对照组,术中出血量显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的并发症发生率为10.00%,显著低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论经尿道电切术治疗高危高龄良性前列腺增生症效果显著,能够缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,降低并发症的发生率,安全性高。Objective To explore the effect of transurethral resection（TUR） in the treatment of high risk elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）. Methods 120 high risk elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia from October 2010 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given open operation,and the observation group was given TUR.The total effective rate operation time,blood loss during operation and the incidence rate of complication was compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 70.00% in the control group,with significant difference（P0.05）.The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the blood loss during operation in the observation group was less than that in the control group,with significant difference（P0.05）.The incidence rate of complication was 10.00%,which was lower than25.00% in the control group,with significant difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of TUR in the treatment of high risk elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia is significant,which can shorten operation time,decrease blood loss during operation and reduce the occurrence rate of complication.It has higher safety.
