早期功能锻炼在多发性骨关节创伤康复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析早期功能锻炼在多发性骨关节创伤康复中的应用效果。方法选择我院2012年3月~2014年3月收治的多发性骨关节创伤患者70例,将其随机分为对照组（n=35）和观察组（n=35）,给予对照组患者常规康复训练,给予观察组患者早期功能锻炼,观察比较两组患者骨关节治疗后的临床疗效、骨折愈合时间、住院天数、疼痛评分及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者骨关节恢复情况明优于对照组（χ2=7.4667,P〈0.05）;骨折愈合时间、住院天数、疼痛评分明显优于对照组（t=8.3386,P〈0.05;t=9.7914,P〈0.05;t=11.9737,P〈0.05）;并发症发生率明显低于对照组（χ2=5.0806,P〈0.05）。结论早期功能锻炼在多发性骨关节创伤康复中应用效果显著,可有效缓解患者的疼痛,骨关节功能恢复较快,住院时间较短,具有重要的临床意义。Objective To analysis the application effect of early function rehabilitation in the recovery of multiple joint trauma. Methods 70 multiple joint trauma patients from March 2012 to March 2014 of our hospital were selected.Patients were randomly divided into control group（n=35） and observation group（n=35）.Control group were given routine rehabilitation training,and observation group were given early function rehabilitation.Clinical effect,fracture healing time,hospital stays,pain score and incidence of complications were compared between two groups after treatment. Results The situation of joint recovery in observation group patients who conducted with early function rehabilitation was better than control group（χ2=7.4667,P0.05）.Fracture healing time,hospital stays, and pain score was significantly better than that of control group respectively（t=8.3386,P0.05;t=9.7914,P0.05;t=11.9737,P0.05）.The incidence of complications was significantly lower than control group（χ2=5.0806,P0.05）. Conclusion The application effect is obvious that using early function rehabilitation in the recovery of multiple joint trauma.It has great significance in clinical application in effectively remission the pain of patients,quickly recovers the joint function and a shorter hospital stays.
