自体组织“桥”式缝合术治疗阴道前后壁膨出的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究自体组织＂桥＂式缝合术治疗阴道前后壁膨出的临床效果。方法选择2012年4月~2014年4月于我院妇科住院治疗的86例阴道前后壁膨出患者作为研究对象,按手术方式的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用传统常规修复术进行治疗,观察组采用自体组织＂桥＂式缝合术进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及手术治疗情况。结果观察组患者的总有效率为97.67%,明显高于对照组的83.72%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、复发率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论自体组织＂桥＂式缝合术治疗阴道前后壁膨出疗效显著,具有创伤较小、临床操作简便、预后恢复较快等特点,其治疗效果优于传统修复术,值得在临床上积极推广。Objective To research the clinical effects of autologous tissue ＂bridge＂ type suture in vaginal prolapse.Methods 86 cases of anterior and posterior vaginal wall prolapse patients in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2014 were selected as the research objects.According to the different ways of operation,all patients were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated by conventional rehabilitation therapy,and the observation group was treated by autologous tissue ＂bridge＂ type suture for treatment.The clinical effects and the operation treatment btween two groups was compared respectively. Results The total efficiency of observation group was 97.67%,significantly higher than 83.72% in control group,with statistical difference（P0.05）.In the operation time,amount of bleeding,hospitalization time and recurrence rate,the two groups of patients had significant differences,and the differences was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of anterior and posterior vaginal wall prolapse,the curative effect of autologous tissue ＂bridge＂ type suture is remarkable,with less trauma,simple clinical operation,fast recovery prognosis and other characteristics.The treatment effect is better than the traditional repair.It is worth to actively promote in clinical.
