摘  要:为了丰富园林景观及荻的开发应用提供依据,采用PEG-6000水分胁迫剂,通过设置不同浓度PEG-6000水分胁迫处理,研究PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫对荻幼苗生理生化的影响。结果表明:PEG-6000胁迫下荻幼苗叶绿素含量呈先短暂上升后逐渐下降的趋势,MDA含量和H2O2含量呈逐渐上升的趋势;ASA和GSH含量及CAT、APX、GR和DHAR 6种酶活性呈先上升后下降的趋势。5%~20%PEG-6000胁迫处理荻幼苗SOD活性呈降低→升高→降低的趋势,30%PEG-6000胁迫处理SOD活性呈先升高后降低的趋势;20%PEG-6000胁迫处理,荻幼苗POD活性呈下降→上升→下降的趋势,其余浓度呈先升高后降低的趋势。The influence of different polyethylene glycol(PEG-6000)simulated drought stress on physiological and biochemical property of M.saccharifloraseedlings was studied to provide the scientific basis for development and utilization of M.sacchariflora and application of landscape architecture.The results show that chlorophyll content in M.saccharifloraseedlings shows a first rising and then gradual declining trend,MDA and H2O2 content of M.saccharifloraseedlings presents a gradual rising trend but ASA and GSH content and CAT,APX,GR and DHAR activity present a first rising and then declining trend under PEG-6000 stress.SOD activity of M.sacchariflora seedlings shows a declining-risingdeclining trend under 5%~20% PEG-6000 stress but SOD activity of M.saccharifloraseedlings shows a rising and declining trend under 30% PEG-6000 stress.POD activity of M.saccharifloraseedlings shows a declining-rising-declining trend under 20% PEG-6000 stress and POD activity of M.saccharifloraseedlings shows a rising and declining trend under other PEG-6000 stress.
