贵州人工养殖大鲵年龄与体重和体长的关系

摘　　要：为人工养殖大鲵后备亲鲵的筛选提供参考依据,采用形态测量方法对贵州人工养殖大鲵年龄与体重和体长的关系进行研究。结果表明：人工养殖大鲵Ⅰ～Ⅶ龄体重（m）与年龄（N）的关系式符合幂函数曲线：m=43.458 N2.639 4,R2=0.987;体长（L）与年龄（N）的回归模型符合曲线方程：L=-0.255 5 N3＋3.082 1 N2＋1.633 8 N＋15.769,R2=0.998;体重（m）与体长（L）的关系式符合幂函数曲线：m=0.006 L3.057,R2=0.996。体重增长率Ⅰ～Ⅱ龄最大、达368.91%,Ⅵ～Ⅶ龄仅为11.08%;体长增长率Ⅰ～Ⅱ龄最快、达49.19%,Ⅵ～Ⅶ龄仅为9.04%;Ⅳ龄时体重为（1 790.83±57.15）g、体长为（53.76±5.64）cm,可作为人工养殖大鲵的繁殖年龄。The correlations between age and body weight,body length were analyzed by morphological measurement method to provide screening of reserve parent A.davidianus in artificial breeding A.davidianus.Results：There is a power function curve between body weight（m）of artificial breeding A.davidianus with Ⅰ～Ⅶ age and age（N）,and m and R2 are 43.458 N2.6394 and 0.987 separately.The regression model between body length（L）and age（N）accords with the curvilinear equation and L=-0.255 5 N3＋3.082 1 N2＋1.633 8 N ＋15.769（R2=0.998）.There is a power function curve between body weight（m）and body length（L）,and m and R2 are 0.006 L3.057 and 0.996 respectively.The body weight growth rate of A.davidianus with Ⅰ ～ Ⅱ age is the maximum（368.91%）but the body weight growth rate of A.davidianus with Ⅵ ～ Ⅶ age is 11.08% only.The body length growth rate of A.davidianus with Ⅰ～Ⅱ age is the fastest（49.19%）but the body length growth rate of A.davidianus with Ⅵ ～ Ⅶ age is 9.04%.The body weight and body length of A.davidianus with Ⅳ age are（1 790.83±57.15）g and（53.76±5.64）cm separately and A.davidianus with Ⅳ age can be used as the reproduction age of artificial breeding A.davidianus.
