摘　　要：党内审查和处置是党内监督的重要组成部分,是加强党的建设,纯洁党的队伍,增强党的战斗力的重要手段。在我们党的历史上,党内审查和处置机制经历了一个"确立—发展—挫折—恢复—强力推进"的曲折发展历程。遵循历史发展规律,立足当前形势,加大党内监督力度,实现党内审查和处置机制的完善创新,必须要坚持正确的政治方向,逐步健全相关制度体系,聚合引导多方力量,养蓄廉洁的内生文化力,以有效遏制腐败的滋生蔓延势头。Inner-Party censorship and disciplinary action,as an integral part of inner-party supervision,are important to strengthen Party construction,keep the purity and enhance the combat capability of the Party.The development of inner-party censorship and disciplinary action mechanism experienced a tortuous progress,＂establishment-development-setback regain-powerful advance＂.We should follow the law of historical development and reinforce the inner-party supervision based on the current situation to implement the perfection and innovation of the inner-party censorship and disciplinary action mechanism.And we should pursue a correct political direction,perfect related laws and regulations system gradually,unite with all forces,cultivate the clean endogenous culture to effectively curb the momentum that breeds and spreads the corruption.
