Experimental and Numerical Investigation With a Slot-Groove Hybrid Casing Treatment in a Low-Speed Axial Compressor

摘  要:本文针对一台低速轴流单转子压气机,结合轴向倾斜缝与周向槽机匣处理扩稳机理,设计了轴向缝周向槽新型组合式机匣处理,通过实验研究和数值模拟的方法验证比较了前缝后槽式机匣处理相比于全槽、全缝及光壁机匣的扩稳效果。研究结果表明前缝后槽式机匣处理的扩稳效果与峰值效率损失均介于全槽与全缝机匣处理之间,即扩稳效果高于全槽机匣的7%,峰值效率高于全缝机匣1%。这说明该设计在一定意义上是一种有效的新型扩稳方式。A new casing treatment(CT) named as "slot-groove" hybrid which combines both the advantages of the axial-skewed slots and circumferential grooves in the perspective of enhancing the stability of a low-speed single rotor axial compressor is proposed in this paper.In order to evaluate the performance of this new configuration,both experimental and numerical investigations were carried out for this new CT and traditional full-groove and full-slot CTs.The results showed that the SMI(Stall Margin Improvement) and PEI(Peak Efficiency Improvement) generated by the hybrid CT is in between of that obtained by the full-groove CT and full-slot CT.The SMI achieved by the "slot-groove" hybrid CT is approximately 7%higher than that obtained with full-groove CT.Although the efficiency loss generated by the new CT is higher than that of the full-groove CT,it is1%lower than the full-slot CT.
