摘 要:为了探究频率及进料量对振动给料机给料能力的影响,以某振动给料机为原型,以给料工艺为参照,利用EDEM软件模拟了干熄焦振动给料机的振动给料过程。结果表明:频率和进料量影响给料槽充填率和给料的调节能力,从而影响给料能力及料流的通畅性。当双幅值为3.5 mm、调频范围为25~35 Hz、进料量为140~190 t/h时,给料通畅,给料量有50 t/h调节能力。随后,模拟得到最小振动能力时的极限给料能力为137 t/h,同工业性试验的极限给料能力130 t/h之间误差为5.4%,证实了模拟结果的有效性和可信性。研究结果为干熄焦振动给料机的给料能力精确量化提供了理论参考。To explore the influence of frequency and feeding flow on feeding capacity of the feeder, taking a vibratory feeder as the prototype and the actual feeding process as reference, the paper applied EDEM to simulate the vibratory feeding process of the coke dry quenching vibratory feeder. The simulation results showed: the frequency and the feeding flow affected the filling ratio of the feeding tank and the feeding control capacity, and further affected the feeding capacity and smoothness of material flow; while the double amplitude was 3.5 mm, the frequency variation range was 25 ~ 35 Hz, the feeding flow was 140 ~ 190 t/h, the material flow went smoothly, and the feeding control capacity was 50 t/h. Afterwards, the limit feeding flow at the minimum vibrating capacity was obtained as 137 t/h via simulation, and the error was 5.4% compared with the limit feeding capacity 130 t/h obtained via industrial test, which verified the effectiveness and creditability of the simulation results. The study results offered theoretical reference for accurate quantification of feeding capacity of the coke dry quenching vibratory feeder.
