摘 要:首先阐述了新研发的全液压移动破碎站液压系统工作原理,分析了其控制系统的控制要求。该控制系统采用CAN总线技术,研发基于TTC60控制系统硬件,并完成上位机人机界面和控制器软件设计。通过对控制系统的软硬件调试可知,该控制系统可靠性高,稳定性好,抗干扰能力强,能够适应恶劣工况。The working principle of a newly developed fully-hydraulic mobile crushing station was narrated, and the control requirements of the control system were analyzed. CAN bus technology was applied to the control system, the hardware of the control system was developed based on TTC60, as well as the humanmachine interface of the master computer and the software of the controller were designed. The debugging of the hardware and software of the control system showed the control system was characterized by high reliability, excellent stability, strong anti-interference ability and strong adaptability of severe working condition.
