摘  要:胀套联接作为立磨中摇臂轴与下摇臂之间的一种联接形式,有其独特的优越性。为了得到胀套联接的承载能力,分别采用材料力学和有限元分析方法研究了胀套联接的许用轴向力和许用转矩,通过受力分析计算胀套联接的外载荷,并采用有限元软件对其进行了应力分析。结果表明,该胀套联接满足强度要求,为胀套联接的设计、优化提供了依据。As a connection form between the swing arm shaft and the lower swing arm in the vertical mill, the expanded sleeve connection has its unique advantages. In order to obtain the bearing capacity of the expanded sleeve, allowable axial force and allowable torque of the expanded sleeve were calculated respectively by using the method of material mechanics and FEA. External load of the expanded sleeve connection was calculated through stress analysis, and finite element software was applied to conduct the stress analysis. The results showed the expanded sleeve connection satisfied the strength requirements. The study offered reference for the design and optimization of the expanded sleeve connection.
