摘  要:辊套及辊轴的强度和变形量是对辊成型机挤压辊设计的重要参数,笔者利用有限元分析软件,建立辊套及辊轴装配的有限元模型,根据辊套和辊轴过盈配合装配下辊套及辊轴的强度、变形量和接触压力,对辊轴进行了设计优化。并针对设计优化后对辊套及辊轴,分析过盈装配的挤压辊在挤压力作用下的强度及变形量;分析在挤压力作用下辊套与辊轴过盈配合时的强度及变形量变化,为成型机的辊套辊轴的设计提供理论依据。The strength and the deformation of the squeezing roll sleeve are important parameters for the design of the squeezing roll of the dual-roll forming machine. The paper applied finite element analysis software to build the model of the roll sleeve and roll assembly, and analyzed the strength, deformation and contact pressure of the assembly in interference fit. And then, it conducted optimization design of the roll, and analyzed the impact on optimized roll sleeve and roll. In addition, the paper analyzed the strength and deformation of the squeezing roll in interference fit under the role of the squeezing force, and analyzed the variation of the strength and deformation of the assembly in interference fit under the role of the squeezing force. The study offered theoretical reference for design of the roll sleeve and roll of the forming machine.
