摘 要:驶入式货架立柱在垂直货物通道方向上的计算长度系数受多种因素影响。首先,对于上端受水平位移约束而下端受扭转约束的单柱模型,推导了弹性屈曲荷载计算公式。计算结果表明,当模型中约束刚度较小时,约束刚度的变化对立柱计算长度系数产生明显影响。此后,采用有限元分析方法分析了单列立柱模型的弹性屈曲荷载,得到立柱的计算长度系数。柱列模型中的牛腿梁和荷载分布不均现象均可以提高模型的弹性屈曲荷载。基于数值计算结果,得到了立柱计算长度系数的简化计算公式。若已知立柱柱脚转动刚度和支撑体系侧向刚度,可由此公式计算立柱的计算长度系数。The effective length factor of columns of the drive-in storage racks in the cross-bay direction is affected by many factors. For the simplified column model with a top displacement constraint and a bottom torsional restraint, the calculation formulas of the elastic buckling load are derived. The calculation results show that, when the rigidity of restraint is at a low level, the change of rigidity has significant effect on the effective length factor of columns. Then the elastic buckling load of models about one line of columns is studied by the finite element analysis to obtain the effective length factor of columns. The existence of rail beams and uneven load distribution can increase the elastic buckling load of models. Finally, based on the numerical results, simplified calculation formulas for the length factor are proposed to calculate the column effective length factor of any rack with certain rotational stiffness of column base and lateral stiffness of bracing system.
