高校大学生职业生涯体验状况分析与思考——基于徐州三所高校的问卷调查分析

摘　　要：目前,许多高校都在学生活动或者社会实践活动中涉及到了"大学生职业生涯体验"的相关内容以及讲座,但将职业体验教育作为一门课程进行设计,还处在初级阶段。面对全国大学生就业压力继续增大的现状,对于大学生进行职业生涯体验教育是必然引导与教育趋势。本文通过调研问卷的方式获取大学生关于职业体验的认识以及其观点与建议,希望找到引导与促进教育的方式。Daily activities and social practice in most universities,for the moment, are involved in the content of＂College Students＇ professional career experience＂ .But it is still in the primary stage to design the vocational experi-ence education as a course.It is necessary to guide students to carry out vocational experience education in the face of the current situation of the National College Students＇ employment pressure continued to increase.Hoping to find ways to guide and promote education,the college students＇ understanding of the professional experience and their views and suggestions have been obtained by the way of questionnaire survey in this paper.
