摘　　要：建设场地的地质条件千变万化,工程环境错综复杂,各种因素相互影响,考虑不慎极可能导致建筑物发生倾斜。结合某住宅小区工程,通过对问题建筑物进行资料查询、状态调查、验证性勘察和综合评价,从勘察、设计、施工等方面分析产生倾斜的原因,并对相关问题进行探讨,为后期边坡治理提供了设计及施工依据。Since construction site geological conditions ever-changing and complex engineering environment, various factors influence each other, it was likely to result in buildings run-off the straight if considered not thoughtful. This paper combined a residential project, through data query, investigation, verification survey and comprehensive evaluation of tilted buildings, analyzed the reasons for tilt from the survey, design, construction and other aspects, and then re]ated issues were discussed, which could provide the design and construction basis for slope treatment at later period.
