摘　　要：介绍一种利用便携式辐射率仪测定反射隔热涂料的半球发射率的测试方法。该方法能够检测接近室温的、不透明的、高导热材料的总半球发射率;并给出《使用便携式辐射率仪测定接近室温的材料的发射率的标准试验方法》(ASTM C 1371-04)的译文。This paper introduced a test method for determination of hemispherical emittance of reflective thermal insulation coatings, by using a portable emissometer. This method can quantify the total hemispherical emittance of opaque, highly thermally conductive materials near room temperature. The appropriate translations for ASTM C 1371-04 Standard Test Method for Determination of Emittance of Materials Near Room Temperature Using Portable Emissometers were given in this article.
