情志护理对乳腺癌患者化疗期间心理行为状态的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨情志护理对乳腺癌患者化疗期间心理行为状态的影响。方法选择60例乳腺癌化疗患者,采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组患者在常规护理的基础上采用情志护理,对照组患者采用常规护理,比较两组患者护理后2个月的心理行为状态。结果观察组患者的躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑等评分均低于对照组,阳性项目数少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者的心理社会适应、归属感、自尊和自我接纳评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情志护理能够改善乳腺癌患者化疗期间的不良心理行为,提高心理社会适应性,改善心理健康。Objective To explore the effect of emotional nursing on breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods The 60 breast cancer patients received chemotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by double blind controlled trial method. The observation group was given routine nursing and emotional nursing. The control group was given routine nursing. After 2months nursing,psychological and behavioral state was compared between the two groups. Results Somatization,compulsion,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety scores in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,and the number of positive items were less than those in the control group,with statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Psychosocial adaptation,sense of belonging,self-esteem and self-acceptance scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Emotional nursing can improve the adverse psychological and behavioral state of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy,and increase the social psychological adaptability and psychological health.
