摘  要:700℃先进超超临界汽轮机转子在高温、高压条件下服役,转子用耐热合金的高温性能对转子选材有重要影响。综述了耐热合金的强化机理,重点阐述了γ′、γ″、碳化物及Ti、Al含量对700℃汽轮机转子用耐热合金强韧性的影响,并分析了几种典型700℃超超临界高、中压转子用耐热合金的强化机理。Advanced ultra-supercritical(A-USC) turbine rotors working at 700 ℃ are exposed to surroundings with high temperature and high pressure. High temperature performance of alloys used for the turbine rotor affects the material selection of steam turbine rotor. The strengthening mechanisms of heat resistant alloys were reviewed, and the effects of γ′ phase, γ" phase, carbides and content of Ti or Al on the strength and toughness of alloys used for turbine rotors working at 700 ℃ were described. The strengthening mechanisms of several typical materials used for rotors working at 700 ℃ and under high pressure or middle pressure were analyzed.
