摘 要:对比研究了冷轧搪瓷钢DC05EK和TC03的金相组织、夹杂物和氢渗透时间,结果表明:2种搪瓷钢的组织均为铁素体,与DC05EK钢相比,TC03钢晶粒细小,夹杂物种类多且颗粒尺寸分布范围宽。定量统计结果显示,TC03钢的夹杂物体积分数更大,氢渗透试验结果表明,TC03钢板抗鳞爆敏感性(TH)平均值比DC05EK高出约40%。钢中氢陷阱主要为晶界和夹杂物,其数量和作用大小的不同是导致2种钢板抗鳞爆性能差异的主要原因。The microstructures, inclusions and hydrogen permeation time of cold-rolled enamel steels, DC05EK and TC03, were compared and studied. The results show that the microstructures of the steels are ferrite and the grain size of TC03 is smaller than that of DC05EK. Compared with DC05EK, there are more types of inclusions with wider distribution range of particle size in TC03. The quantitative statistic results demonstrate that the volume fraction of inclusions in TC03 is larger than that of DC05EK. The experimental results of hydrogen permeation show that the average fish scaling resistance (TH) of TC03 is about 40% higher than that of DC05EK. Hydrogen traps are mainly grain boundary and inclusions in the steels. It is the main reason for the dissimilar fish scaling re- sistance properties that the amount and effect of the hydrogen traps are different in the two steels.
