摘  要:以四氯化碳为萃取溶剂、甲醇为分散剂、三聚硫氰酸三钠盐为螯合剂,建立了分散液液微萃取-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法对环境水样中Cd,Pb,Cr测定的新方法。分别考察了体系p H、萃取溶剂种类及体积、分散剂种类及体积、螯合剂浓度、萃取时间等对方法的影响。在最佳条件下,Cd,Pb,Cr的检出限分别为0.00040,0.021和0.017 ng/m L,富集因子分别为95,68和100,相对标准偏差(n=7)分别为3.7%,3.0%和2.7%。方法可用于环境水样中Cd,Pb,Cr的测定。A method based on dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was developed for simultaneous determination of Cd, Pb and Cr in environmental water samples with CC14 as an extraction solvent, methanol as a dispersant, and 1,3,5-Triazine-2,4,6-trithiol trisodium salt as chelating agent. Solution pH, the extracting agent type and volume, dispersant agent type and volume, chelating agent concentration, and extraction time on extraction effect were investigated. Under the optimal conditions the relative standard deviations of determination of Cd, Pb and Cr ( n = 7 ) were 3.7%, 3.0% and 2. 7%, and the limits of detection were 0. 0004 ng/mL, 0. 021 ng/mL and 0. 017 ng/mL respectively. Enrichment factors were 95, 68 and 100, respectively. The determination of Cd, Pb and Cr in environmental water samples was satisfactory.
