摘  要:目的评价根尖孔敞开的恒牙在口腔手术显微镜下用无机三氧化物聚合物(mineral trioxide aggregate,MTA)形成根尖屏障的临床效果。方法收集临床根尖孔敞开的无牙髓活力的恒牙32颗,口腔手术显微镜下用MTA形成根尖屏障,MTA硬固后进行热牙胶垂直加压充填。术后定期复诊,进行临床检查及X线片影像学评价。结果经3个月∽5年的术后复查,32颗患牙临床检查均无不适,X线片显示根尖区低骨密度影像消失或缩小。结论对于根尖孔敞开的恒牙,在口腔手术显微镜下用MTA形成根尖屏障可取得良好的效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of apical barrier with mineral trioxide aggregate(MTA) under the dental operating microscope and provide instructions to the future clinical treatment. Methods 32 teeth in which MTA was used to manage clinical problems were collected. Each case had a pulpless permanent tooth with blunderbuss open apex.MTA was used to rigorously close the root apex under operating microscope; The root canal was obturated with vertical condensation. Clinical Examination and X-ray radiological evaluation were performed in the postoperative following-up.Results After 3 months to 5 years follow-up, there was no complain of any uncomfortable feelings in all cases and radiographic examination indicated that the apical radiolucent areas decreased apparently or disappeared completely. Conclusion The method of using MTA to treat permanent teeth with open root apex under the dental operating microscope is effective.
