摘  要:双季铵盐类缓蚀剂中含有两个氮原子,可在金属材料表面吸附形成膜,改变金属表面状态和双电层结构,提高了腐蚀反应的活化能,产生负催化效应。同时,非极性基团在金属表面形成疏水保护膜,阻碍腐蚀反应的物质交换,从而降低金属的腐蚀速度。另外,双季铵盐是一种新型的阳离子Gemini表面活性剂,比一般的季铵盐具有低毒、广泛的生物活性和良好的水溶性等特点。根据分子结构的不同,双季铵盐分为对称型烷基双季铵盐、对称型杂环双季铵盐和不对称型双季铵盐。本文对双季铵盐类缓蚀剂的缓蚀机理以及缓蚀性能进行了分析。Bis- quaternary ammonium compound inhibitors containing two nitrogen atomscan be adsorbed on the metal surface to form a filmchanging the metal surface state and the electric double layer structureimprove the activation energy of the corrosion reactionresulting in negative catalytic effect. Meanwhilethe non- polar groups on the metal surface hydrophobic protective filmcorrosion- inhibiting substances exchange reactionthereby reducing the corrosion rate of the metal. In addition Bis-quaternary ammonium salt is a new kind of cationic Gemini surfactant. It have low toxicitya wide range of biological activity and good water solubility characteristics. inhibitor. According to molecular structure,bis- quaternary ammonium salt is classified into three categories: symmetrical alkyl bis- quaternary ammonium salt,symmetrical heterocyclic bis- quaternary ammonium salt,and non- symmetrical bis- quarternary ammonium salt. In this paperthe mechanism of corrosion and corrosion inhibition performance of bis- quaternary ammonium compound inhibitors were analyzed.
