自制高浓度七氟醚快速诱导器用于儿童全身麻醉诱导的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自制七氟醚快速诱导器产生的一次性高浓度七氟醚用于儿童全身麻醉诱导的可行性。方法全身麻醉患儿98例，依据随机数字表法将患儿分为4组：麻醉机七氟醚8％对照组（Ⅰ组）、诱导器吸入七氟醚9．0％组（Ⅱ组）、诱导器吸入七氟醚11．5％组（Ⅲ组）、诱导器吸入七氟醚13．8％组（Ⅳ组）。观察诱导时间、生命体征、副作用情况。结果诱导时间：Ⅱ组[（73±12）s]、Ⅲ组[（38±5）s]、Ⅳ组[（35±7）s]均短于Ⅰ组[（135±23）s]，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组短于Ⅱ组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；Ⅲ组与Ⅳ组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。各组患儿生命体征平稳。结论诱导器产生的高浓度七氟醚麻醉诱导效果良好，且方便、安全。Objective To explore the feasibility of sevoflurane rapid induction device produced higher concentrations of sevoflurane for children during general anesthesia induction. Methods Ninety eight cases of general anesthesia, based on random principle, children were divided into 4 groups, anaesthesia machine produced sevoflurane concentration 8% control group （group Ⅰ ）,device produced sevoflurane concentration 9% group（group Ⅱ ）, the 11.5% group（group Ⅲ ）, the 13.8% group（group Ⅳ ）. To observe the induction time, vital signs, adverse effects. Results The induction time of group Ⅱ[ （73±12） s ], group Ⅲ [ （38v5） s ], group Ⅳ [ （35±7） s ] are shorter than group Ⅰ [ （ 135±23 ） s ] （P〈0.05）, group Ⅲ and group Ⅳare shorter than group Ⅱ （P〈0.05）, no difference between group Ⅳ and group Ⅲ（P〉0.05）. Conclusions the effect of induction by high concentrations of sevoflurane rapid induction device is better, safe and convenient.
