摘　　要：背景术后疼痛是一种以伤害性疼痛为主的急性疼痛，右美托咪定（dexmedetomidine，Dex）作为一种α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂，与其他镇痛药物联合可以减少其他镇痛药物用量及其副作用。目的综述Dex在术后镇痛中的应用进展，为该药在镇痛中的应用提供参考。内容从Dex的药理特性、镇痛机制、各种给药途径、副作用等方面综述Dex在术后镇痛治疗中的应用。趋向Dex在镇痛方面有广泛的应用前景，但其安全性需要进一步的研究。Background Postoperative pain is a nociceptive-based acute pain. Dexmedetomidine （Dex） is an α2 agonist. Combined Dex and other analgesics can reduce analgesic consumption and side effects. Objective This review describes the advances on the use of Dex in postoperative pain management in order to provide a practical guidance for postoperative analgesia. Content We review the use of Dex in postoperative pain management according to its pharmacological properties, analgesic mechanisms, various delivery methods and side effects. Trend The application of Dex in postoperative pain management is quite promising, but further studies adressing its security are still needed.
