摘　　要：通过对产品数据管理技术的应用,建立完整的工程施工管理数据模型,实现对工程资料、施工管理流程和施工工艺等环节的全面控制与管理.充分建立施工企业级并行工作环境,并构建数据共享和协同工作管理平台,大大提高施工效率和效益.集成建筑工程施工管理信息化数据平台,充分实现数据的快速传递,确保各项建筑工程施工管理数据的准确、及时和重复利用.Using the product data management（PDM）technology,the whole data model in construction management is built,to realize the whole control and management of engineering data,engineering construction process,construction technique throughout every part of the construction project.The data sharing,parallel environment and a cooperative work platform are established,which greatly improve the working efficiency and quality of construction.With PDM,the various information software systems are integrated,to achieve rapid data transmission,to ensure the data of engineering construction management is exact,timely and reusable.
