摘　　要：针对某型电磁活门无专用校验设备和规范流程,故障定位困难、检测程序复杂等问题,制订了准确校验该型电磁活门性能的方法,并开发了专用校验设备,满足了电磁活门技术参数的检测和性能校验需求;使用表明,该设备能够可靠并准确地对电磁活门进行校验,确保了故障定位、性能判定的准确性。There are no special calibration equipment and standard process for a certain type of e- lectromagnetic valve. Also, it is difficult to locate the fault and the detection program is complex. Therefore, a method of accurately calibrating electromagnetic valveg performance was worked out and a special calibration equipment has been developed to meet the needs of detection and check technical performance parameters. It is indicated that the device can reliably and accurately calibrate the electro- magnetic valve so as to ensure the accuracy of fault location and performance determination.
