摘  要:目的:观察二至丸对D-半乳糖致衰老模型大鼠学习记忆能力及脑组织中NO含量及NOS活性的影响。方法:采用D-半乳糖制造大鼠亚急性衰老模型。实验组分别灌胃不同浓度的二至丸及维生素E。用Morris水迷宫测定大鼠学习记忆能力,同时测定各组大鼠脑组织NO含量、NOS活性。结果:二至丸各治疗组均能提高衰老大鼠学习记忆能力、降低脑组织NO含量和NOS活性,且有剂量依赖型趋势。结论:二至丸能一定程度上提高D-半乳糖致衰老模型大鼠学习记忆能力,其机制可能与降低脑组织NO含量和NOS活性有关。Objective: To investigate the effect of Erzhi Wan on action, NO and NOS in mice induced by D-galactose.Methods: Aging mice models were induced by D-galactose. Different doses of Erzhiwan and Vitamin E were filled to the stomach of different groups. Morris water maze device were used to test the learning and memory abilities. NO content and NOS activities in brain tissue were detected. Results: All doses of Erzhi Wan groups could dose-depend-ently improve learning and memory and reduce NO content and NOS activities of D-galactose inducing aging mice. Conclusions: Erzhi Wan can improve the learning and memory of aging mice induced by D-galactose. The mechanism might be concerned the reduced NO content and NOS activities.
