摘 要:目的:观察不同干馏时间所制竹沥对小鼠止咳作用的影响,优选竹沥的最佳干馏时间,为竹沥的炮制提供科学、客观的工艺参数。方法:采用小鼠氨水引咳试验与小鼠气管酚红排泄试验,分别观察竹沥止咳与化痰的效果。结果:不同干馏时间所制竹沥均能不同程度的提高小鼠气管酚红分泌,延迟咳嗽潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数,当竹沥的炮制温度为400℃,时间为30 min时止咳化痰效果最佳。结论:干馏30 min的竹沥止咳化痰作用最佳。Objective: To observe the antitussive and expectorant effects of different carbonization time preparing Succus Bambusae in mice, to optimum carbonization time preferably succus bambusae and provide scientific, objective process parame-ters for succus bambusae processing. Methods: Ammonia inducing cough in mice test and mouse tracheal phenol red excretion test were applied to observe the antitussive and expectorant effect of succus bambusae respectively. Results: Different carboniza-tion time preparing succus bambusae could improve in various degrees of phenol red secretion of trachea, delay the cough incu-bation period, and decrease the frequency of cough; and succus bambusae processing temperature of 400 ℃, time is 30 min,which could provide the best effect of relieving cough and eliminating phlegm. Conclusion: Dry distillation 30 min capacity of antitussive and expectorant effects best.
