摘  要:目的:观察自拟元胡止痛方对大鼠血液流变学的影响,以探讨自拟元胡止痛方的活血化瘀作用,为其临床应用提供实验依据。方法:用肾上腺素建立血瘀动物模型,观察自拟元胡止痛方对大鼠血液黏度、红细胞流变性、血小板黏附性和血小板聚集性的影响。结果:自拟元胡止痛方各剂量组均可不同程度降低在10 s-1、60 s-1、120 s-1大鼠剪切率下的血液黏度(P<0.05);能显著降低大鼠红细胞聚集指数与大鼠红细胞压积(P<0.05);自拟元胡止痛方各剂量组大鼠血小板黏附率与模型组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);自拟元胡止痛方各剂量组均能显著降低血小板最大聚集率(P<0.05)。结论:自拟元胡止痛方可降低大鼠剪切率下的血液黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积及血小板最大聚集率,具有一定的活血化瘀作用。Objective: To study the influence of ZNYHZTF on blood rheology in mice, in order to explore the effect of blood-activating and stasis-eliminating actions of ZNYHZTF. Methods: The animal model with blood stasis with adrenalin was established to observe the clinical effects of ZNYHZTF on blood viscosity, aggregation of raterythrocyte rheology, platelet adhesion and platelet. Results: It was found that each dose of ZNYHZTF groups could significantly decrease the blood viscosity in the 10 s-1、60 s-1、120 s-1in rats under shear rate(P〈0.05), and could significantly reduce red blood cell aggregation index of rats and rats hematocrit(P〈0.05). The results showed that there was no significant difference in platelet adhesion rate compared with the model group(P〉0.05); each dose of ZNYHZTF groups could significantly decrease the maximum platelet aggregation rate(P〈0.05). Conclusion: ZNYHZTF can decrease the blood viscosity, red cell assembling index, hematokrit and maximum platelet aggregation, which showed certain blood-activating and stasis-eliminating effect.
